Carlos A. Hutcherson received his Doctorate degree from Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and admitted to the Supreme Court of Virginia. His practice areas include criminal law, personal injury, civil litigation, and domestic relations.

 

 

    Prior to attending law school, Carlos completed his undergraduate studies at Virginia Union University in Richmond, VA. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association, Lynchburg Bar Association, Old Dominion Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association,  and serves as counsel certified by the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission.  Carlos also serves as an appointed guardian ad litem throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. 

 

    Mr. Hutcherson sits on the Board of Directors for Hill City Youth Football Association, Inc., The Institute for Integrative Medicine & Comprehensive Rehabilitation, and Meals on Wheels for Central Virginia.
